Utilizing just Bb. Tonic to detangle and Styling lotion to protect from heat and sculpt, I tamed this beautiful mane with a simple flat brush and a bit of technique.
Kiki came as a model for our last Bb. class and I tamed her mane with Mending Shampoo and Conditioner followed by a spritz of Prep and Mending Complex. I used the new Bb. flatbrush to complete the look.
Tiff used to sport jet black one-length locks. We had fun with that but a new year should bring new hair and so we went lighter and lighter over a few services, added long layers and face-framing pieces and now it air-dries beautifully like this.
Look at those eyes! and that smile! This girl captured my heart the first time I saw her and I immediately wanted to see her for a makeover. Luck was on my side.
Round-brushed to perfection. Even frizz-prone kinky kinky curls are no match to dedication and patience. This lady was so lovely and I meant to send her her photo but I lost her address so I hope she finds it online!
Happy Halloween!! I enjoyed the holiday in character of Sweeney Todd, the demon barber of Fleet Street (don't know the legend?! click the image for more info).
It's no secret I'm a fan of warm colors- bring on the coppers and bronze! If you can wear them. And this pretty lady sure can. Growing out her locks with this low maintenance long style and signature warmth with be effortless to boot as the colors added are within a few shades of her natural.
I had a great new client today. He wanted an update on a grown-out barbered do'. It was fun and he has myriad options now. Just one look of many possibilities.
